The Cause is back! Show your support for this benefit by signing up to perform your act on Friday, March 19 at 6:15 p.m. The library is looking for teens, grades 7 and up, to perform music, poetry, drama, and comedy at this coffeehouse style event. Each participant must donate a baked good to be sold at the event to benefit ACBC, Aluminum Cans for Burned Children.

Teens are welcome to share their opinions on what programs we have, what books and other materials we should buy, and whatever else they want to see happen at the library. Fridays, January 8 and February 12, 2:30 to 5:30 These monthly events are open to all teens interested in acting and improving their skills in a fun environment. We will play drama games like freeze, discuss acting technique, work on miming, and create and perform short skits. Ages 13-18. |

Teen Book Club-This club is for middle school and high school students.The next meeting at 7:00 pm on Tuesday, January 26 and future dates: February 23 and March 23.. The current book we are reading is The Naming, by Alison Croggon. The Naming summary:A manuscript from the lost civilization of Edil-Amarandah chronicles the experiences of sixteen-year-old Maerad, an orphan gifted in the magic and power of the Bards, as she escapes from slavery and begins to learn how to use her Gift to stave off the evil Darkness that threatens to consume her world. The Twinsburg Public Library is offering free Practice SAT and Practice ACT tests along with a Princeton Review Follow-up Strategy Session to help study for the exams. The Practice ACT will be held Saturday, January 9 at 10:00 AM-3:00 PM The Practice SAT will be held Saturday, February 20 at 10:00 AM-3:00 PM The Follow-up Strategy Session will beheld on Wednesday, March 3 at 6:00 PM-7:30 PM. Students and parents are welcome to attend this informative discussion that aims to help students improve their test scores. |
